How To Make Keto Low Carb Cornbread
1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon cornbread extract
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter, for topping
Whisk together flour, baking powder, minced garlic, onion powder and salt in a large bowl
Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and stir in eggs, sour cream, butter, cornbread extract and cheddar cheese.
Pour mixture in an 8×8 or 9×9 lightly greased pan and place in oven
Bake for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes
Spread remaining butter on top and let melt (add more if desired)
